So far this year we have seen an increase in client requests for candidates coming from sea for their first shore job role. Clients are more willing to provide individual training to candidates that have the specific experience they are looking for but not the shore side management skills yet.

This is great news for candidates as the appeal to come ashore has risen in the past few months with clients offering attractive remuneration packages to attract enthusiastic, committed and focused individuals to welcome into their teams and to help candidates develop their skills so they can fulfil their career aspirations.
